Closed Die Forging in Maple
Since 2008, we have provided forging service for our customers and now forging is the second largest business after casting in our company. We not only supply customers with high quality forged parts, but also can help customers improve casting parts to forged parts.
We have woked with 3 local closed die forging factories in Ningbo for more than ten years, they providing us with best forging raw parts and these parts will finish machining in our own machineshop. They are all ISO certified and we audit these sub suppliers every year, one of them has IATF16949 crtification. Not only that, our company also has two forging engineers, they will follow up orders with these factories and provide technical support for customers.
Closed Die Forging Capacity
Three closed die forging factories we work with have their own forging advantages. They have 200T, 300T, 400T, 630T, 1200T and 1600T forging production line, most of forging parts can be produced by these machine. The forging weight ranges from dozens of grams to more than 20kg. The forging materials are carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum.
At the machineshop in Maple, we will proceed post-treatment with forging raw parts such as heat treatment, finish machining, surface treatment, inspection, packaging and delivery.
