Welding is a fabrication process that involves the fusion of two or more parts with the application of heat and pressure. We usually use it on metals and thermoplastics, and the final welded joint must be strong and seamless. With some metals, specific processes and techniques are used for the welding process. Different energy sources are used to carry out welding, such as gas flame, an electric arc, laser, friction, and ultrasound.
Maple Machinery offers welded constructions in Europe and Asia, and our welded constructions are in compliance with international standards. Every year, Level II inspectors do internal auditing of our welding workshops. We also provide approved WPS/WPQ documentation for the common materials and strongly believe in transparent operations. All welding parts blanks are in mass production and processed, painted, and packaged before being shipped.
