NDT(Non Destructive Testing) is a method of using equipment to detect abnormal or defective internal structure of parts on the premise of not damaging or affecting the performance of investment castings and internal organization of parts. We can inspect the castings according to the customer’s standards to ensure that we provide the highest quality parts to our customers.
For the defective products, we will repair the parts according to the defect degree. If the parts meet the scrapping standard, we will recycle the products and reuse the materials.
Our NDT capabilities include:
1. Radiographic Testing (RT）：RT is a kind of inspection method which can detect the internal defects of casting parts.
2. Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)：A kind of testing method that uses magnetic particle to inspect the surface cracks and slag inclusion of casting parts
3. Penetrant Testing (PT)：It is mainly used to detect surface damage such as cracks that cannot be identified by the naked eye
4. Ultrasonic Testing (UT)：Inspect the surface and internal quality of the casting parts.
